Home Actress Chrissie Swan HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers August 2023 Chrissie Swan Instagram - Cookie time! 🍪 Slide for finished product! My daughter started a little business in lockdown by making epic choc chip cookies and since then we’ve always had them in the pantry. I used this recipe from Queen and it certainly did not disappoint - there’s cream cheese in it for a start which I’d never encountered in a cookie recipe and it adds a little je ne sais quoi. Actually I made a double batch and froze the extra one in balls ready for next week… I added more of the vanilla paste though because I’m crazy like that - go for 2 tablespoons. See my stories for a tip on how to make them all uniform and fancy! Here’s the recipe cos I know you’re gonna ask! WHAT YOU’LL NEED * 2 3/4 cups plain flour * 1 teaspoon baking soda * 1 teaspoon baking powder * 2 teaspoons cornstarch * 1 teaspoon sea salt * 140 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature * 1/4 cup cream cheese, at room temperature * 1 1/4 cups brown sugar * 1/2 cup caster sugar * 1 1/2 teaspoons Queen vanilla paste (I used 2 tablespoons) * 2 large eggs * 2 cups dark choc chips WHAT TO DO: 1. Preheat oven to 180ºc. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch and salt. 3. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter, cream cheese and sugars on until light and creamy. Add in the vanilla and the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Slowly beat in the flour mixture and stir in the choc chips.  5. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup measure out balls and push into a cookie cutter onto the tray. Squash a little bit. 6. Bake for 10 to 11 minutes, or until barely golden brown. Scoff! #ad @queenfinefoods #queenbaking #alittlequeendoeswonders

Chrissie Swan Instagram – Sydney pre-Logies dump.
1. I tracked down Deano’s lost suit at Melb airport. A total Logies Miracle! @deanonair
2. I lay on the bed in a quiet, clean room and had a cup of tea. Bliss.
3. I caught up with my angel @brookecampbellbayes and life was immeasurably better for it (blurry selfie not withstanding!)
4. I finally got my laughing gear around that puffy bread at @tottis.merivale and it was everything I could’ve dreamed.
Goodnight. See you all sparkly tomorrow for The Logies! ❤️
