Proud of my friend. ❤️
Raced to the after party after getting changed out of my sausage-boob frock just to say congrats. He smashed it. But he was always going to. 😍

Be listening to the @thechrissieswanshow tomorrow to hear about the missing bra 🫠
Sydney pre-Logies dump.
1. I tracked down Deano’s lost suit at Melb airport. A total Logies Miracle! @deanonair
2. I lay on the bed in a quiet, clean room and had a cup of tea. Bliss.
3. I caught up with my angel @brookecampbellbayes and life was immeasurably better for it (blurry selfie not withstanding!)
4. I finally got my laughing gear around that puffy bread at @tottis.merivale and it was everything I could’ve dreamed.
Goodnight. See you all sparkly tomorrow for The Logies! ❤️

I haven’t washed my hair for a week (does anyone else have weird fuzzy bits at the back?!? – literally my whole life – why don’t they grow?!? 🙈) BUT I *have* been pounding the pavement every single day for @fredhollows 🤩
Today I hit 145kms and by tomorrow I’ll have hit the halfway mark to my 300km goal. If you can spare even a few dollars please donate at the link in my bio. Only $25 saves someone from a life of avoidable blindness. 🥰

Thanks for having us @thatsamorecheese to celebrate your 15 years of bringing the absolute best cheeses to mouths all over Australia. We (me and my bestie and partner in foodie crime @mrjamierow ) are forever in your debt @mr_giorgio_linguanti – we didn’t even know what BURRATA was before you arrived on our shores and we are so much richer for it.
Also shout out to this @carlazampatti jacket I bought for $15 from the @camberwell_sunday_market – I love it.

Here’s your reminder to get a tiny little best friend and give her a big cuddle. @rebecca_thompson_fashion @metascent
It’s August and that means I’m walking 300kms this month, for the 3rd year running, to raise money for The Fred Hollows Foundation to restore sight to those with avoidable blindness. I have probably bitten off more than I can chew in terms of a target – I’d like to raise $200,000 😳….
I’m currently at just over $50,000 with 3 weeks and 230kms to go – so I have a long road ahead of me in both distance and cash! Just $25 can restore the sight of someone with avoidable blindness. $25! Every dollar counts. Donate through the link in my bio or Google Fred’s Big Run Chrissie Swan. Thanks SO DAMNED MUCH! ❤️ 👁️ 👁️

Be sure to watch my friend Sam Pang totally smash hosting the Logies this Sunday night from 7.30 on @channel7 – he’s the best – but you all knew that already. ❤️
You know it’s love when your mate is at a farmer’s market in Kyneton and brings you a dozen eggs with the ‘poop still on ‘em’ 😂 🥚 @mrjamierow ❤️

My daughter started a little business in lockdown by making epic choc chip cookies and since then we’ve always had them in the pantry. I used this recipe from Queen and it certainly did not disappoint – there’s cream cheese in it for a start which I’d never encountered in a cookie recipe and it adds a little je ne sais quoi. Actually I made a double batch and froze the extra one in balls ready for next week… I added more of the vanilla paste though because I’m crazy like that – go for 2 tablespoons. See my stories for a tip on how to make them all uniform and fancy! Here’s the recipe cos I know you’re gonna ask!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* 2 3/4 cups plain flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 2 teaspoons cornstarch
* 1 teaspoon sea salt
* 140 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature
* 1/4 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
* 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
* 1/2 cup caster sugar
* 1 1/2 teaspoons Queen vanilla paste (I used 2 tablespoons)
* 2 large eggs
* 2 cups dark choc chips
WHAT TO DO:
1. Preheat oven to 180ºc. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch and salt.
3. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter, cream cheese and sugars on until light and creamy. Add in the vanilla and the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Slowly beat in the flour mixture and stir in the choc chips.
5. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup measure out balls and push into a cookie cutter onto the tray. Squash a little bit.
6. Bake for 10 to 11 minutes, or until barely golden brown.
Scoff!

I am a proud ambassador for @foodbankvictoria so I was thrilled to find out that @underworksaustralia is partnering with them this year in their #IGIVEASOCK campaign to donate essential items for those in need (hint: demand for assistance is through the roof).
For every #IGIVEASOCK hashtag they count, @underworksaustralia will donate a pair of socks or other essential item to the people in our community who need it the most.
Here’s how you can make a difference!
I give a sock! Do you?
@dhughesy
@abbiechatfield
@itsjanehall
@joelcreasey
@christiewhelanbrowne
@mattscravat
1. Post a photo to your feed or story of your favourite socks…
2. Use the hashtag #igiveasock
3. Tag @underworksaustralia
4. Pay it forward and nominate a friend to do the same – I give a sock, does @yourfriendstaghere
I’m out! On a school night! With winners from @thechrissieswanshow and my own Ken – @jackcharles … I LOVED THE BARBIE MOVIE SICK – go see it. Every frame thrilled me. ❤️
Everyone knows that Queen make the best Vanilla but their Natural Choc Flavouring Pastes are out of this world too. They’re a new and super easy way to bake and decorate and supercharge that rich chocolatey flavour. I’ve used them here in pancakes but I’ve also been known to squeeze into cookies, cakes, icing and (let’s be honest – straight into my mouth!) for a choc hit. The absolute bomb. They come in dark choc, choc and white choc (I’ve used choc in this vid but dark choc is great in pancakes too) And if you think I didn’t take home all the excess stuff from this shoot you’d be wrong! 😂

It’s a slow-cooked Napoli kinda day! God I love a good batch cook. Makes me feel like I’m winning. You?
So… we’re couples dressing now – matching caps from Mykonos thanks to Jack Charles. We’re live every weekday on @thechrissieswanshow from 2pm – 4pm on all the Novas ❤️❤️

Guys I just found out it’s DOUBLE DAY which means every donation I get today will be DOUBLED! I’m ahead of schedule with my kms too – currently at 103kms on day 9. So please get on it at the link in my bio. I know I sound like a broken record but just $25 saves someone with avoidable blindness. What a massive difference you can make! @fredhollows #fredsbigrun
This is pretty exciting! My pals at Priceline are teaming up with my other pals – Nikki Britton, Claire Hooper, Lizzy Hoo and Hughesy for a one off stand up comedy show called… drum roll please… STAND UP FOR THE SISTERHOOD! I’ll be there too to lend a hand but the only way you can get there is to win your way in. We’re aiming to raise a million dollars for women-focussed charities (@raisefoundation @pandanational @motherlessdaughtersau )
Here’s what you’ve got to do:
Donate $2 or more in store or online at any Priceline Pharmacy nationwide and enter the competition to win one of 10 x VIP double passes to the Stand Up to the Sisterhood comedy charity show on 16 August at Melbourne’s Comedy Republic, including return flights for two, accommodation and tickets. Get in store and get that new thing you’ve been coveting, sisters (and brothers!)
