I  seem to find myself posting pictures in workout clothes a lot. It’s because I’m beginning to subscribe to the view – that motherhood is indeed an extreme sport!!

In other news Nihal has decided that he’s done with Skating. But seems to have an infinite amount of interest in skateboarding. So we started introducing him to the sport. This is his second class. And he’s not doing too badly. 

Also, I had a few questions on my @theflexnest anklets .And bangles ( last photo) on my stories.

I do low intensity, steady state, cardio 3 to 4 times a week in addition to  strength training. I find myself challenged better if I have resistance both in my hands and in my feet. Over the  years I have  used various kinds of ankle weights and wrist weights. Most used to be filled with sand. They were bulky as well as uncomfortable most often. These are sleek,  comfortable and nonintrusive. I’ve had these for about a year and I absolutely love them. A long walk, say 45 minutes or so, with these, activate the core in addition to the legs of course. Do give it a try.😀
