I am so excited to be teaming up again as an ambassador on the EU Sustainable Milk campaign for a second year. As a Broadcaster and busy mum of two, I know the importance of fuelling your body right and dairy plays such an important role in our house. It is such a nutritious food category it’s versatile and it’s affordable. More than ever, we are all scrutinising where our food is coming from as food origin and sustainability is so important. Its great to know that Irish dairy is produced locally, is always in season and is responsibly produced. Ireland has one of the most sustainable dairy production systems in the world due to our grass-fed model and this gives everyone peace of mind in what they are consuming”. #MilkItsGoodtoKnowItsGood
