Our bodies are so good at healing themselves especially if we empower them with the right tools. The lymphatic system is like our internal plumbing & it’s gotta stay flowing for it to work properly otherwise waste & toxins begin to build up (hello inflammation ☹️) This new Miracle Detox Massage at @skinic here in LA is the best I’ve ever had & I’m kinda addicted. It’s a little more intense than your average session (as you can see😆) but I think that’s one of the reasons I loved it so much! It def left me smiling and feeling super energized. Whaddya think?
