We had so much fun being back on set with @popsugarwellness last month. We wanted to share a little BTS 🎥 & announce that my new 30min video just dropped! It’s filled with all your sculpty, sweaty, stretchy faves & available now on their @youtube channel.

Best Day Ever Report 🥰
I was so grateful to be able to spend a day at Viva Rescue & meet the incredible founders Maya & Kalli. We first connected here on IG where I basically stalked their profile until all of my endless likes & comments got their attention & they invited me out for a visit 😆 It really was one of the best days I’ve ever had. I learned so much about the treatment of farm animals specifically. When I asked Maya why they chose to focus on taking the cases that aren’t usually considered “worth saving” she told me that this is where compassion is needed most. That it’s one small step to creating a world where we don’t just toss away creatures because they don’t serve us in the immediate moment. That humanity should be better than that… she’s right.
Back to the farm 🐐🐑🐴🐓🦜
The animals (both big & small) were soooo happy, healthy & just as freaking cute as in their pics but what I didn’t expect was what a complex & well run system the whole operation is & how totally dedicated they are. There’s no such thing as a “day off” when it comes to running any sanctuary (shout out to ALL the amazing rescues out there 🙌) & on top of it these incredible humans also take on some of the most challenging medical cases, pouring their hearts into every recovery & witnessing countless miraculous transformations. To say they work hard is a giant understatement.
The only way they can do any of this is through donations. They could really use our help right now. The weather & the economy has hit them especially hard. Even just $1 a month as a patreon can make a difference, one paw at a time🐾

Sharing another lymphatic drainage massage adventure because it’s become my absolute FAVORITE way to de-stress & detox. Our bodies are so good at healing themselves especially if we empower them with the right tools. The lymphatic system is like our internal plumbing & it’s gotta stay flowing for it to work properly otherwise waste & toxins begin to build up (hello inflammation ☹️) This new Miracle Detox Massage at @skinic here in LA is the best I’ve ever had & I’m kinda addicted. It’s a little more intense than your average session (as you can see😆) but I think that’s one of the reasons I loved it so much! It def left me smiling and feeling super energized.
