Megan Taylor Instagram – It’s my birthday 🎈 and I made a Russian honey cake 🎂
I love nothing more than trying out a new style of baking and I chose mine and mums birthday to make a totally random cake (random to me but not online-there are millions of recipes around). It’s basically a stack of biscuits. I used nine biscuits. Then a cream, sour cream, honey, vanilla icing. I added the zest of lemon and lime to the icing which made it much nicer for me as someone that doesn’t really love cream.
