i am currently in the thick of this bookβa Black Mirror meets My So-Called Life with maj YA The Truman Show vibesβand loving every second. i will not disclose whether i am reading slowly because i am trying to make this world last for me (does anyone else do this???)
when this Ithaca College alumni saw the main character, Jess, was simping over a thrifted tee that upstate new yorkers will know dearly and love, i knew i was in for a treat.
jessβs voice is charismatic, inviting, and engaging, and i feel like iβm hanging out with one of my best friends when iβm reading along, which is one of my favorite feelings to experience when iβm reading.
iβve recently come to the realization that stories that examine the gap between fiction and reality are the stories i gravitate toward the most.
two of my most recent fav kdramasβW and extra-ordinary youβare both about the line between reality and the manhwa world.
