thank you to @quirkbooks @juliablohberger and @ayurveda.met.roos for keeping things regular at this house 🏡 loving the fun workbook style energy and voice of the authors that make this a fun little read that promotes lifestyle changes that can help your sh*t stay consistent, and lets you know how to easily identify if something is up. ⚠️trigger warning: mention of ED & laxatives⚠️ holistic methods to helping alleviate discomfort or constipation are so important for people who have a history with eating disorders where laxative use can be a trigger. i highly appreciate books like this one that will promote knowledge that helps people who need it.

(ask your local library if you’re take donations, too). i love being able to access audiobooks and e-books using my library card via the @libby.app and also taking advantage of the 9 streaming credits per month available on @kanopy when connected to my library card! i’ve been able to rent this copy of @jenniferesmith’s Field Notes on Live, Axie Oh’s XOXO on audiobook, and Dario Argento’s available Three Mothers films on @kanopy. such a perfect october mood.
