Nicole Stuart Instagram – Here’s a quick three-move workout inspired from our book “Total Body Beautiful,” @totalbodybeautiful @andreaorbeck @mothersintolivingfit consisting of single leg deadlift, lateral lunge combined with a curtsy lunge, and mountain climbers:

1. Single Leg Deadlift: Stand on your left foot with your right foot slightly behind you. Hold a dumbbell or kettlebell in your right hand. Hinge forward from your hips, keeping your back straight and extending your right leg behind you until your torso and leg are parallel to the ground. Return to standing position and repeat for 10-12 reps on each leg.

2. Lateral Lunge Combined with a Curtsy Lunge: Start standing with your feet hip-width apart. Step your left foot to the left and lower into a lateral lunge, keeping your right leg straight. Push off your left foot to return to standing, then step your left foot behind your right foot and lower into a curtsy lunge. Push off your left foot to return to standing and repeat for 10-12 reps on each side.

3. Mountain Climbers: Start in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line. Bring your right knee towards your chest, then quickly switch and bring your left knee towards your chest while extending your right leg back. Continue alternating knees as quickly as possible for 30-60 seconds.

Perform each move back-to-back, resting for 30-60 seconds between rounds. Aim for 3-4 rounds total. ⁣
