Serena Ryder Instagram – When I originally wrote “What I Wouldn’t Do” over a decade ago, it was the first time I started to share my mental wellness story publicly. It’s a song about love, and I think learning to love ourselves is our most important journey in life.
I am so honoured to lend my song and voice to the @kidshelpphone Feel Out Loud campaign. Thank you to my friends @leelagildaymusic , Bob Ezrin and the 50 other artists who brought their voices together to ignite a movement behind youth mental wellness.
I want to let young people know that it’s okay to not be okay, and there are caring, supportive people who are there for them, no judgement, no issue too big or too small.
