Main Comp experience. First time in @berlinale, second time in @filmfestlocarno. All because of and with this same team – my #LavTeam ♥️ Never thought this would happen ever again after the pandemic! An honor to represent the country and surreal to experience international festivals again 🙏🏻

a new family that is aligned with this new chapter of my life, a HEALTHIER ME, physically AND mentally – still a #hypothyroid warrior though (but thankfully with more stable hormones! So yes, to everyone who have been messaging, you too, can control …..and beat it!) 💪
It has been a challenging journey, working on myself – discipline and making “being active” a lifestyle by working out especially now that I am back to being on the dancefloor monthly for ASAP 💃🏻 …but also learning how to be KIND TO MYSELF –
My MIND by learning meditation and yoga (and surrounding myself with only positive and kind beings and thoughts hehe)
My BODY by sleeping and resting better when I feel I need to recover, eating smarter and healthier ….and now drinking 99.99% bacteria free water from @ivophilippines 💧
