This time we are using a light superband which we step into. You can adjust the resistance by having one or both feet inside the band.
Make sure you always engage your core before starting the movement to protect your back. Also, make sure your shoulders are “tucked into your back pocket” , imagine that you raise your arms supported all the way from your back.
Depending on the resistance from the band and your strength level; adjust the rep range accordingly. Typically you need more reps using a light band, but these are working your shoulders isolated and are hard even with a light resistance. Make sure you don’t raise your shoulders or compensate by bouncing or pending.
Work focused and honest! That’s when you get the best results. Oh, and have FUN! 🚀
