Training with bands give you freedom and flexibility, and is a great addition to your training toolbox!🧰
They add autonomy to your training as they are light and cheap, you can bring them with you on travels, or why not do a session in your lunch break, outside or at home.
They are also great for rehab training, shoulder training, glute focused accessory work, to work around injuries and for experimenting without risk of injury. (Just don’t aim towards your face and have garments between the rubber and skin when there’s a lot of friction) 👍🏼

I like to think of bands as an intuitive, autonomous way of training as you can really experiment, focus on mind/muscle connection and execution. You can also direct and adjust resistance easily and vary the angles.

Use them alone or as a supplement in a session; I guarantee you they will kick your ass if you push yourself enough! 😈The same training principles apply no matter what resistance you use.
