Tiffany Hines Instagram – So Saturdays are a bonus day for me. If I’m not feeling up to a workout, I’ll take a Pilates class or do a LISS walking session. But today, I was feeling pretty high on energy so I added in a Leg Day Round 3!

Todays Workout:
Hip Thrust
Sumo Romanian Deadlift
Step Ups
45 Degree Hypers
Prone Leg Curls
Abduction Machine
Standing calf raises

The next 6 weeks I’ll follow this same 5-6 day plan before changing it up! Week 1 is in the books and it’s on to week 2! Lessss gooooooo!
