-Try your best to live in the moment. See what’s truly in front of you. Hear what’s actually being said to you. Connect to whom you’re with. Feel your feet on the ground. Feel the air going in and out of your lungs. True connection(for me) can be felt, seen, heard & emoted and hopefully all at once. Living in that moment, breathing that same air as our little girl, hearing her tiny comfort grunts and knowing she feels safe, in that moment with us, is burned into my mind because, in that moment, I was truly present. I’d like to believe that real memories are made in truly grounded present moments.

I love you and love our journey together with our rad little pack. 🐺 Even when the dishwasher malfunctions, traffic gets my goat, I run out of my granola for breakfast, we can’t find the right cloths for the kiddos, Google maps tells us a business exists but when arrive we realize Google maps needs an update, kids are tired little beans, it’s raining cats and dogs, homework needs doing, lines need memorizing, dog needs walking, house has exploded, but among all this amazing glorious chaos- I get to see you❤️

Note- You usually learn more from the bad plays than you do from the good ones. Ex- Our boy could fist pump here because he learned from a bad play he had earlier in the game. Keep grinding. Dont ever get too down on yourself for a “bad” play, instead, learn from it and go fist pump the next time💪🤙
