What time do you prefer to train at and what’s your favourite body part to train?
My favourite body part has to be my lower body (legs) and exercise deadlifts or squats. I prefer to train around 1pm therefore I get in few meals and I have the most energy around that time since I’m a morning person. 💪🫡
