A few years ago I had the idea to do a shoot with colored hands pulling at my face, it was a visual representation of the barriers I face living with OCD. (Swipe to see my OG post that has long been archived…)
When @iiswhoiis dropper the visuals for eat the acid I was so stoked to see her also having a similar concept to suuuuch a powerful song that I felt so much of my own journey in. Great minds think alike and all that!
As soon as I saw her visuals I knew I wanted to give this concept another shot!

I’ve been re-navigating a lot of my barriers with my OCD the last few months and coming up with healthier coping skills, re learning what a healthy relationship looks like with my mental health and limiting myself less.
