Home Actor Jim Baird HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers September 2023 Jim Baird Instagram - We did it! Yesterday evening we arrived in Telegraph Creek, BC to complete our 5000 km overland journey from our home in Magnetawan, Ontario. The final 150kms on the Telegraph Creek road was both jaw-droppingly spectacular and hair raising with 20% inclines that saw sheer cliffs lining the edge of the mountain road in many places. But before reaching the Telegraph Creek rd., we enjoyed an amazing side adventure off the Cassiar on hwy 37A where we checked out Bear Glacier. We’re now in the process of switching from an overlanding trip to a canoe trip and with any luck, we’ll begin paddling the Lower Stikine River today! Our @chevroletcanada Silverado ZR2 had all the power needed to haul out Expedition 2.0 teardrop trailer by @offgridtrailers up the steep inclines and I don’t think there could be a better camper trailer for the job. What an awesome experience for the whole family. #sponsored #overlanding #camping #beautifulbritishcolumbia #4x4overland #outdoors #teardroptrailer #FindNewRoads #offgridtrailers Telegraph Creek, British Columbia

Jim Baird Instagram – Just passing through Smithers, BC right now on our overlanding adventure and will head up the long and lonely Cassiar Hwy today. Two nights ago, we made camp along the mighty Fraser River with wild fire smoke obstructing views of the surrounding scenery. It rained heavily all night long that night and when we awoke, the forest fire smoke had cleared, revealing dramatic snow-capped mountains all around us. We continued through Prince George and made camp off a forest access road on a small lake last tight. We have what seems like it’ll be an epic little spot planned for camping tonight with potentially an interesting road to negotiate to get there. The mountains are starting to get more dramatic again now and most of the wildfire smoke has cleared. In about four days time, we’ll switch up modes of transportation to begin our canoe trip down the Stikine River.
