Mat Fraser Instagram – This month @hwpotraining is supporting the Keala Foundation, a cause close to my heart. They’re a non-profit that works to provide kids a safe place to hangout and workout, while aiming to reduce the youth substance abuse problem on the island. It’s also the 10-year anniversary of their annual Ultimate Hawaiian Trail run, which I had the opportunity to go to a few years back with my crew.
