Phil Collins’ UK #1 album ‘Going Back’, featuring covers of 60s Motown and soul classics, was released 13 years ago this week. Originally, the album was going to be called ’18 Good Reasons’, with the cover stylised to recall the Motown era. However, a chance discovery of a photo of 13-year-old Phil resulted in a change of heart and so the album was called ‘Going Back’. Listen link in bio.
