Hope everyone’s been enjoying the long weekend. The family took a nice break after working hard to open our next Seacrest Studios in Queens at @cohen_childrens this month. Thank you to everyone that’s been diligent in getting this next studio up & running, and happy #LaborDay!

Note to self: longer shorts and lock the door

Oops… think my uniform shrank since last season #godawgs🏈
I love sea bass in the summer. It’s simple and a great opportunity to use quality extra virgin olive oil 🫒
Step 1
Put a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs on the raw fish
Step 2
Separately cook some summer tomatoes with sage, basil, garlic, and olive oil in a pan
Step 3
Heat the pan. I use grapeseed oil when pan frying due to its high smoke point and its clean taste. Cook the fish skin side down until it’s cooked through (I like the skin golden brown and crispy) and add minced garlic.
Step 4
Add some lemon and fresh EVOO on top and enjoy!

Garden field trip. I think the basket might be too big for 3 cherry tomatoes
Always in our thoughts and in our hearts. Today we reflect and honor the victims, their families, and the city’s first responders from that fateful day #NeverForget

This was actually a total surprise when @tanyarad broke the news… Congratulations on the engagement you two. Big hugs
Georgia is clearly carrying this team 🎾 Felt inspired by the #usopen to hit the courts, who wants to play us in doubles? #ad #healthadepartner

This is a tinned fish fan account now 🐟 I’m without a doubt a “tin-thusiast”, that’s why when I came across Anna Hezel’s “Tin To Table” I knew I had to share some simple & tasty recipes in here #tinnedfish
Big thank you to @teddysphotos for visiting Seacrest Studios and taking the time to chat with all the patients and their families at @childrenscolo, brightening up their day with some incredible performances and meaningful advice!

We’ve been buying homeroom supplies for teachers going back to school and it’s been making my mornings ☀️ #backtoschool #teacher
For quick, simple, flavorful meals from the pantry – tuna has to be a fan favorite. In this “Tin To Table” segment we’re getting into a sub that’s perfect for lounging out during this long weekend #foodfinds
This week on @americantop40: new music on the way from @iamhalsey, @taylorswift takes one of the top 5 spots, and a chart-topping track makes U.S. history. And happy #NationalRadioDay! Today we’re celebrating all the years we’ve been fortunate enough to be on the radio. Thanks for listening!
In Seacrest Studios, patients run the show. Curious what that looks like? Here’s a very special day in the life of Amelie, and kids like her all over the country. We look forward to seeing more patients like Amelie, be the stars of their own show at our 13th studio coming soon in New York at Cohen Children’s Medical Center!
