Sachin Sahel Instagram – My friend @shirleytrinh who I have known for 20 years has started the amazing @trinh_ity with her sisters Lily and Kelly Trinh – to raise awareness for mental health.
After the passing of their brother in 2020 they realized how important it was to look after their own mental health and wanted to start having a deeper conversation and be more cognizant about how they can help. Trihnity (I love that name) is all about self-care, self-love, and normalizing everyoneās journey with their own mental health.
Each sweater purchased is a sweater donated to helping the cause towards mental health – along with some other great self-care products to take care of yourselves.
