This is a first and an honor. I’ve been a fan of @gwhitta for a long time, grateful to call him friend and now collaborator. This book is a love letter to all of us sci-fi kids who grew up daring to peek behind the curtain, into the looming cosmos in search of thrilling adventures we knew awaited. It was a blast bringing this character to life in audio form, happy to be able to read it in this form, as well. Go pick up a copy, buckle up and enjoy the ride. 🤘🏻
Years of hard work. Hours upon hours in the booth with our cast. Absolutely elated to finally have this on the wild. We made a game where story and character are front and center, truly underscored by incredible music. Honored that @liamesler @d_gaider1988 and the @summerfallstudios team entrusted me with the position of both performance director and Apollo. Both taught me a lot. I could go on and on about our cast. Most of which had never sung in a role, much less in a video game. @laurabaileyvo is one of the most remarkably talented performers I know. She pushed herself, met each challenge head on and never settled for less than excellence. @ashleythejohnson brought the empathetic frailty and realism we needed to understand why everyone loved Calliope so dearly @janina dove in and inhabited every fiber of Freddie. @maryelizabethmcglynn is a powerhouse; vocally and artistically. Witnessing the transsubstantiation of Medusa from the page to a living and breathing character by @sweeetanj was a miracle. I am continually in awe of @merledandridge talent and commitment to character. Watching @albinokid1026 effortlessly flex with unparalleled poise and professionalism was a joy, @theerikaishii bringing such a grounded performance, @kharypayton who infused a delicious grit into Pan, @feliciaday who blew me away on every song, @rahulkohli13 who continues to prove his versatility as an actor and willingness to be bold. All the lads of Tripod for their unique and insane ability to put to words and music the frailty and beauty of the human condition, @actualmontaigne for rounding out our score with some of my favourite pieces. Saving the best for last, to @a.wintory for being the fiercest of collaborators. You inspired me and our cast not only with your music but also with your zealous passion and ideal portait of what this game could aspire to be. Thanks for bringing me along. And to all of you who have played or will, Grace and her story are in your hands now. Go make some beautiful music together.
