3. when you drink water while eating you are literally putting your digestive fire out. So now instead of the food getting digested in lets say 6 hours it will now take more than double the time . Dont let food rot in your belly and allow your body to use its own fire to digest it .Wait for 20 mins after your meal to consume liquids.
4. We all need fiber to keep our internal plumbing humming like a fine-tuned engine.
Fiber is a type of carbohydrate found mainly in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. 
If you have diabetes or prediabetes, fiber is your friend because it helps with blood sugar control and weight management.
