Alexandra Breckenridge Instagram – Sunnys, Korean chicken lettuce wraps
2-4lb boneless skinless chicken thigh
1/2cup soy sauce
1/2cup sugar
1/2cupwater
1/4cup sesame oil
1/4 cup mirin
4tbs minced garlic from jar with juice
1tbs sesame seeds/roasted or not
2tsp black pepper
marinade the chicken in this overnight

I use red lettuce leaves as wraps
Cook white rice I steamed mine with ginger and garlic

Bean paste dipping sauce!!
2 tablespoons soy bean paste
1 tablespoon. Red pepper paste.
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
To see spoons, crushed pistachios for crunch
