I always keep a few basics in my purse: cream blush, mascara & lipgloss (a few colors!). Then when I’m late for my kids sports at 7am.. I’m still covered! 😉
Blush: Merit cream blush in “Beverly Hills”
& a pop of Ilia Multi stick (for cheeks, eyes or lips!) color: “Dear Ruby”
Mascara: Maybelline SkyHigh Lash Sensation in Very Black

Yup… #Idalia got us. Being on a barrier island. Even though we’re 4’ above sea level, we had 5” of water in the entire house. (That’s a bedroom on the right of this video- totally flooded). Every room, bathroom, closet.. it’s all gutted now. Walls, floors, cabinets. Doors will have to be replaced even (they don’t close now because the bottom 5-6” swelled up with water).
#i guess I was in action mode the first few days. Doing what we had to to handle things. And then reality sets in. Definitely an emotional and overwhelming time. Finding a temporary place to live… working with insurance people. Taking pics , serial numbers… logging everything before we throw out out. I guess next step is estimating the costs of every item! 😝🙈😨
And then I caught a cold yesterday too!! 👍🏼 lol. Gotta laugh. Harder today but pushing through and still laughing. Thank God for my beautiful family and knowing we’re all safe and making the lost of it!! ❤️
