Home Actress Deanna Yusoff HD Photos and Wallpapers September 2023 Deanna Yusoff Instagram - Today is my off day, woohoo! 💃🏽 I know it's Saturday, the day most people have off, but my schedule isn't your typical Monday-to-Friday deal with weekends free. So, what does an off day mean to me? It's all about Me! ❤️ I take a moment to reflect and ask myself, "What do I need? What do I want?” Do I indulge in some ice cream? Do I immerse myself in a book from morning till night? Maybe I feel like singing and dancing like a wild and carefree soul? Perhaps I'll pamper myself at a spa or take a refreshing dip in a waterfall? Or maybe, just maybe, I'll snuggle up in bed and reminisce about beautiful memories from the past. It's like having a heart-to-heart with my body, you know? But it wasn't always like this for me. I grew up with a whooooole different set of beliefs. Sitting down to read a book or enjoying leisurely lunches? Nope, not okay. Chores came first, meals were on a strict schedule, and even waking up and going to bed had set times. Daydreaming or doing absolutely nothing was frowned upon as plain laziness. Can any of you relate to this? The thing is, those beliefs never quite clicked with me. That's probably why I ditched the 9-to-5 routine early on in life. Sure, I had the security of a job and a paycheck back then, but at what expense? I was constantly exhausted, the days flew by in a blur, and personal growth? Forget about it! I was stuck in one place, seeing the world from the same old perspective. Anyway, back to my glorious off day. Today, I silence the nagging "to do list" and turn my focus inward. Engaging in a heartfelt conversation with myself helps me unwind, find my balance, and heal. It's like fuel for my soul, you know? We're all so caught up in the rat race of success and survival in today's world that we forget to hit the brakes and simply enjoy being with the most important person in our lives: ourselves! So, when was the last time you spent quality time with "Me"? Treat yourself to some much-deserved "me time" and don't forget to share how it made you feel in the comments below! Let's celebrate self-care together! #OffDayFun #MeTimeMagic #EmbraceYourNeeds #ListenToYourBody #JoyfulLiving #FindingBalance

Deanna Yusoff Instagram – Let’s discover today the origin of essential oils in plants.

Essential oils have been used for centuries for their therapeutic, medicinal, and aromatic properties. These highly concentrated plant extracts are extracted from various parts of plants, including the flowers, leaves, stems, dark, roots, and fruits.

Each category of essential oil contains unique chemical compounds that contribute to its distinct aroma and therapeutic properties. By understanding which part of the plant an essential oil comes from, we can better understand its potential benefits and how it can be used effectively.

Flower oils, for example, are known for their sweet, floral scent and are often used for their calming and relaxing properties. Examples include rose, jasmine, lavender, and chamomile.

Leaf and stem oils, on the other hand, are known for their fresh, herbaceous scent and are often used for their energizing and invigorating properties. Examples include peppermint, eucalyptus, basil, and rosemary.

Bark oils are extracted from the bark of trees and plants. They have a warm, woody scent and are often used for their grounding and calming effects such as cinnamon, cedarwood, and sandalwood.

Root oils are extracted from the roots of plants, and they often have a rich, earthy scent. Examples include ginger, vetiver, and angelica.
Fruit oils have a bright, citrusy scent and are often used for their mood-boosting and refreshing properties. Examples include lemon, orange, grapefruit and bergamot.

Seed oils have a spicy, nutty scent and are often used fortheir digestive and respiratory benefits such as black pepper, coriander, and fennel.

Deanna Yusoff Instagram – 🌿Had an incredible morning immersing myself in the vibrant art scene of Ubud, Bali! 🌞 Kicked off the day at Tonyraka Art Lounge, where I indulged in a delightful breakfast at their cozy café, surrounded by artistic energy. ☕️✨

Afterward, I ventured into the captivating world of art within their eclectic gallery. 🖼️ The collection showcased an array of breathtaking artworks, from vivid paintings to thought-provoking sculptures, skillfully crafted by talented local and international artists. Each piece had a story to tell, inviting me to form a personal connection. 🎨❤️

But the adventure didn’t stop there! I also had the privilege of exploring the remarkable Bersama Alternative Space—a true architectural gem nestled in the heart of Ubud. 🏛️ This unique venue is a testament to the preservation of traditional architecture, where disassembled traditional houses have been moved and then meticulously reassembled using modern techniques.

The intricate details of the reconstructed traditional houses, the fusion of materials, and the skillful integration of modern elements created a visually stunning environment.

Tony and his team were incredibly passionate and knowledgeable, fostering an engaging and casual environment. Conversations flowed effortlessly, and I found myself immersed in thought-provoking discussions about art, culture, and the architectural marvel surrounding us. 😊🌸

For art enthusiasts and architecture lovers alike, a visit to both Tonyraka Art Lounge and Bersama Alternative Space in Ubud is an absolute must.
