Dina Deleasa Instagram – I am always the most proud when I can repurpose ingredients. And this week I have much more to work with than usual! Today the team made the most gorgeous London broil . Turning it into an open face sandwich with leftover provolone from another recipe made for a quick and delicious dinner. Also, having perfectly minced garlic in your fridge is another treat !
This has been such an overwhelming week in many good ways. We completed the first half of the cookbook shoot and I can’t believe that the photos hanging on the wall are real 💕 hang onto to this idea when you need to repurpose my recipe for London broil !
