I love this summer that have been, my goals to work more on my flat running, and if I look to that, I feel proud of the work and where it has taken me. The journey is the goal here, and I truly love every hard step. The races I choosed didn’t end as I hoped, but there are good explanations, not excuses! I can be hard on myself but I would never to a friend, so I’m giving that to myself now too. I’m thankful for all your messages, they too encourage me to look ahead.
