💗Ice roll – Been doing this for so many years I’ve lost count but it’s my go-to thing whenever I want to soothe my skin
💗Under eye masks- Right now I’m loving @100percentpure (I’ll link everything in my stories for you) – not sponsored btw
💗Body care- obsessed with taking really good care of my body by using body oils, shower scrubs & moisturizing lotions (more on that later)
💗Lip scrubs- been loving these lately because it’s so dry
💗Workouts- So much of my time is spent being a mama, wife, or working but I always make time for my workouts (loving @paulinastein at home workouts or @skyleryoga for private yoga) – the best for mind/body 🫶🏻)
