Heather Rae El Moussa Instagram – Between being a luxury real estate agent and being super involved in our flips, my love for home design has grown so much and I’ve genuinely fallen in love with the process 🤍 You’ll get to see a lot of behind the scenes of Tarek and I choosing certain designs, materials, working really closely with designers on 14 (!!) flips when season 2 of the Flipping El Moussas premieres but for now… Swipe for some of my recent saves, I gravitate towards neutrals with dark undertones but I also fall in love with new styles daily 🤷🏼‍♀️ Anyone else obsessed with home design?? Heather Rae El Moussa Instagram – Things I do to take extra good care of myself: 💗Ice roll – Been doing this for so many years I’ve lost count but it’s my go-to thing whenever I want to soothe my skin 💗Under eye masks- Right now I’m loving @100percentpure (I’ll link everything in my stories for you) – not sponsored btw 💗Body care- obsessed with taking really good care of my body by using body oils, shower scrubs & moisturizing lotions (more on that later) 💗Lip scrubs- been loving these lately because it’s so dry 💗Workouts- So much of my time is spent being a mama, wife, or working but I always make time for my workouts (loving @paulinastein at home workouts or @skyleryoga for private yoga) – the best for mind/body 🫶🏻) Anything like this that I can fit in, I love doing 🤍 What do you guys do that are non-negotiables in your routine??
