I cannot talk enough on how important sunscreen is for our skin …
The sunscreen which I have listed below are personally tried and tested of 2 tubes each . My skin loves each and every brand that I have mentioned . I have an oily skin .

– @mywishcare – It’s a gel form sunscreen
– @reequil – it’s a Matt sunscreen and my skin totally loves it . I also use it for my kids before they leave for school!
– @drsheths – used 2 tubes and have ordered 2 more .

Super excited to start my #wednesdaywisdom reels . This is my first video and I am excited to start with one of my favourite topic “FITNESS” . I know a lot of people don’t take fitness seriously. I am no expert to talk about it but I know one thing for sure that looking after yourself is the least you can do for yourself. And fitness is definitely the first step.
If you haven’t worked out ever , there’s always a start. Slow walks , stretching, yoga , pranayama, dancing etc is what you can start with. Start slow . I will advise to start with 25-30 minutes and atleast twice a week. And once you start seeing or feeling a change, I promise you will not stop!
