Kelsey Crane Instagram – I pickle now 🥒 my girlfriend gave me cucumbers from her garden and instead of letting them go to waste, we made pickles! ⁣
⁣
Thank you @themediterraneandish for the recipe ✨ ⁣
⁣
Brine: ⁣
🥒 3 cups vinegar⁣
🥒 2 ¼ cups of water⁣
🥒 2 ½ tablespoon kosher salt⁣
🥒 3 tablespoons each whole coriander seeds, mustard seeds and peppercorn, 2 bay leaves. ⁣
🥒 Bring to a boil, then lower heat and let simmer for 10 minutes⁣
⁣
Hot tip 🔥 let the cucumbers sit in an ice bath for 20-30 minutes after slicing for extra crisp⁣
⁣
What to pickle next?! More garden adventures coming because I’m always growing ⚡️🌱 ⁣
