Home Actress Megha Gupta HD Photos and Wallpapers September 2023 Megha Gupta Instagram - I have a long way to go, but dayummm I’ve come far. I remember moving into this house many months ago, with it empty and hollow and asking for a lot of work. Being broken, empty, sad, full, myself.. I wasn’t sure if I could take on a project like that. We sat, the house and I, and we spoke. We agreed to heal each other, through thick and thin and all weathers, people and situations. We both have a come a long way since. It’s been Magical. All of it. We slowly, nail by nail, put each other together. Saw many weathers, Matchu went out in the wild.. these two monkeys entered our lives.. the flooring changed.. and I sent out the furniture, to be changed. This empty hall reminded me of our early days together, and I sat with it, honouring the journey we’ve had. It’s taught me everything is dynamic, AND THATS OKAY ! (I’ve moved the furniture around A LOT !) That nothing is permanent but change. That if you tend to something, it thrives. That kindred spirits are my best friends. That I can care for a chippie (lizard), a far cry from me moving houses because I saw one in my bby house. That Mother Nature teaches you more than any academic school can. That I’m more resilient than I thought. My aunty, who’s seen me as a child came to have tea with me the other day, looked around and said to me, you are my bahadur bacha (strong child) We finished tea, she left, I came into my room, a sense of realisation washed over me and i cried. Her saying that opened a bottle neck within me. Magic comes from what is inside you. It is a part of you. You can’t weave together a spell you don’t believe in. Megha Gupta Instagram – Organ meats are highly nutritious.
They are particularly rich in B-vitamins, such as vitamin B12 and folate. They are also rich in minerals, including iron, magnesium, selenium and zinc, and important fat-soluble vitamins like vitamins A, D, E and K. They are also an excellent protein source.

@modernnative sorting me out, I don’t always have access to organ meats when I’m travelling or any other reason. Keeps my immunity high, aids in muscle growth, tissue repair and largely over all health.

Megha Gupta Instagram – I’ve consciously gone from easy reads to books that demand more from you.

Books Vol. 3 –

“The Road Less Travelled” is a transformative book by M. Scott Peck, exploring the journey of personal growth and spiritual fulfillment. With profound insights, it urges readers to embrace discipline, face life’s challenges, and develop genuine connections.

“The Biology of Belief” is a groundbreaking book by Dr. Bruce Lipton that explores the profound connection between our thoughts, beliefs, and biology. It challenges the traditional notion that genes control our destiny and highlights the role of our environment and perceptions in shaping our health and well-being. This book is one of my favourites.

“Flow” by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi is a timeless masterpiece on attaining happiness. It unveils the concept of “flow,” a state of complete absorption and focus in an activity, leading to deep satisfaction and joy. There are some beautiful insights to cultivate flow in our lives, and fostering lasting happiness and fulfillment.

“The Forty Rules of Love” by Elif Shafak is a captivating novel that weaves together two parallel stories. It explores the mystical journey of Rumi and his spiritual teacher, Shams, while interlacing with the contemporary tale of Ella, a woman seeking love and meaning in her life. This book speaks of love, spirituality, and the transformative power of relationships. Totally my jam :)

Hope this thread helps you,

breathe well,
