Megha Gupta Instagram – Crossfit taught me what a community is. It taught me what a tribe means. It taught me the importance of cheering for the person who may be last in the race. It taught me what friendship is. It taught me how to drink till I could drink no more and still drink more. It taught me what showing up, no matter what, is. It taught me discipline and the importance of time. It taught me what a cult is. It taught me the love for @nike and now I’m a loyalist. It taught me how much I love Punjabi music. It taught me the important of movement and a good sweat session. It taught me how to turn poison into medicine. It taught me love as well.

But the most important thing it taught me and I’ll try to convey that through this quote by Frida Kahlo –

“At the end of the day, we can endure much more than we think we can.”

Forever grateful to @adishroff for introducing me to it and @shivohaam111 for bringing it to our country.

Meeting my people, my tribe this time in Bombay was one of the highlights of the trip. Same energy, same jokes, same hugs, same love. Nothing has changed. Except we are richer in many ways, age, experience, monetarily, wisdom, what not.
