Add 500 gms chicken legs with skin (rinsed well and drained) Add 1 tspn salt with 1/2 tspn turmeric powder. Add the blended paste..fry for ten mins. Add 4 cups water. Close lid & pressure cook for 15 mins (on medium flame without whistle weight on) Open lid, add 2 cups Jeeraga Samba rice (washed & drained). Squeeze juice of half a lemon. Add more salt if required. Stir well. No extra water required. Close lid, pressure cook with whistle weight on.. medium flame..for 15 mins.
