Matthew Hussey Instagram – My nan, Marie, used to say “If you wake up early you let the day come to you”. This piece of advice stayed with me always (it stuck with my mum, and then me, which is one of the reasons why I wake up so early every morning). Waking up early has been such a gift in my life, not that it’s always felt natural! Yesterday, we went down to the beach and watched the sunrise at our retreat location here in Florida (1 day before kickoff!)… feeling very grateful to be here and do what we get to do. P.S.
