Self-care should not be stressful, and it certainly does not require a big budget. Here’s 5 tips to get you started on a routine:

1. Pick one healthy physical activity that you can commit to everyday.

2. Eat your meals mindfully (no distractions).

3. If you’re going to indulge in content for 30 minutes a day, choose content that is uplifting. (yes this is self care too) 

4. Do one activity every day that has only one goal- for you to enjoy yourself. 

5. Pick a group activity to participate in at at least once a week. Not only is group energy empowering and uplifting, but we also need to be exposed to fresh opinions and thought processes for our own growth.
