Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen from @iki.ramen and the Nik Weis Riesling. One of my fav Take Out Tastings to date! Perfect combo of spicy and sweet.

To kick off Oktoberfest! I’ve been doing these really fun Take Out Tastings over on my TT (link in bio), and I just had to post this one here today. I’ve paired the Josef Fischer Grüner Veltliner with Pretzel Chicken Schnitzel (and Spätzel & fried potatoes with BACON) from @wirtshaus, which is right next door to @curatedwinesla. It’s ridiculously fried, fatty, and delicious, and a super acidic wine like a Grüner Veltliner cuts right through that all perfectly.
