We spend so much of our energy and time in resistance, blame, fight response, and survival, that we forget we have a choice in how we choose to navigate this game of life.
Yes, you’ve been through hell, and sometimes it feels like you’re still in it. Like you’re being dragged through each day with zero autonomy or relief.
But what if you decide to play instead? What if you decided to call in new energy, new life, by showing up in a new way?
What if you decided to risk being seen as your true self? If you don’t know who your true self is, what if you were brave enough to remember?
When you realize that life is here to engage with you, to be your dance partner, your bestie, your childlike playmate, all of the possibilities of imagination are yours, once again.
Just like when you were little and you knew exactly who you were, and you believed in your tiny heart that anything was possible. 🥹💕
So play! PLAY WITH LIFE. Start seeing this experience as a game that you get to master and fail at all at the same time. And have fun with it because just like any amazing game you play, this shit is over before you know it. 💀🤪
