My body has changed so much in the last six months. Anyone that knows me in real life knows that I’m a tiny person and have always been on the thinner side. By being intentional about healing my hormones, making some changes to the way I eat, honoring my body’s natural cycle, and yes, likely some changes due to getting older, I’m living in the body that I feel matches my energy. I filmed this video in January 2022, a few weeks before I got fired from ‘Run The World’. Nothing in my life was going according to plan and I was exhausted, wondering what the fuck I had gotten myself into when I decided to leave Los Angeles to finish converting my school bus in Texas. In my most recent blog post, ‘Letter #3: Coming Home’, I talk about the experience of building the bus, getting fired from the show, and the deep healing that I experienced during the 6 months it took me to finish. A few weeks after getting to Texas and experiencing major setbacks, being let down by the men I relied on, and dealing with newly unearthed Mother wounds, I realized that I was there for much more than a bus build. So, I chose to surrender to life and let it transform me, rather than collapse in on myself. The direct link to the blog post is in my bio. I’d forgotten that I filmed this video and I’m so glad that I did because I really needed me in that moment, and I’m needing me now as I’m facing new obstacles on a new journey that are making me wonder why the fuck I’m doing this. I’m choosing to remember that I only get to be here once. I only get to be in this moment once. And what this moment is giving me is so much greater than I can imagine. To my future self, thank you. Life gets to be fun. Joyous. Playful. Easy. Even when life is hard, it still gets to be all of these things. But only when you decide that it gets to be. We spend so much of our energy and time in resistance, blame, fight response, and survival, that we forget we have a choice in how we choose to navigate this game of life. Yes, you’ve been through hell, and sometimes it feels like you’re still in it. Like you’re being dragged through each day with zero autonomy or relief. But what if you decide to play instead? What if you decided to call in new energy, new life, by showing up in a new way? What if you decided to risk being seen as your true self? If you don’t know who your true self is, what if you were brave enough to remember? When you realize that life is here to engage with you, to be your dance partner, your bestie, your childlike playmate, all of the possibilities of imagination are yours, once again. Just like when you were little and you knew exactly who you were, and you believed in your tiny heart that anything was possible. 🥹💕 So play! PLAY WITH LIFE. Start seeing this experience as a game that you get to master and fail at all at the same time. Life is a choose your own adventure game. Humanity has the option to choose sovereignty or enslavement. The systems that we’ve depended on for centuries, but have also disempowered us, are collapsing before our eyes. While some people claim to want to tear down systems of oppression, they are subconsciously choosing oppression not only through their belief in the power of these systems, but from their unwillingness to face their own shadows, and a deep need to control others in order to feel safe. “Vote for my political party or else the world will end!”🙄 When you choose not to govern yourself, a system will arise to govern you. Govern = control Ment(al) = mind Government = mind control One only needs to look back on the last few years to see just how powerful the spell cast on the masses has been and still is. To operate from a place of sovereignty requires a willingness to take full responsibility for oneself, and to commit to dismantling the illusions one holds within themselves, so that they can develop the ability to see the illusions outside of themselves. This is the fundamental difference from those who are continuously fooled and enslaved, living in hell, and those who are aware, experiencing Heaven on Earth. It’s never too late to change your path, it is your game after all. If you’ve been feeling out of control, like life is dragging you for filth and you can’t seem to find your footing, ask yourself where you are abdicating responsibility for the experiences you are calling in. This is *your* life and you are creating it every moment through your conscious and unconscious beliefs. You don’t like what you’re experiencing? Change it by changing yourself. You will never be able to change others without becoming the very tyrant you claim to abhor. Last week, I had a session with a Woman who cried and told me that she got more insight and healing in one session than she has *ever* received in traditional therapy and feels that the clarity will carry her through the rest of this year.
