Last night, while walking the dogs and enjoying the cool breeze, I wished this weather could last the whole year. And then I checked myself. Gul Panag Instagram – My #mondaymotivation this week is @chauhanrachna07 . Firstly, congratulations again on becoming COO of Kiwitech. She is one of the youngest women, if not the youngest, to rise to this position in a major tech firm. Rachna is living proof of the fact that you can work hard and have it all. And she does work bloody hard. Constantly pushes the envelope and raises the bar for what women can achieve ( in a world where glass ceilings, still exist )and aspire for. And no matter how busy she is, or how hard a day she’s having, she always finds time to reply to messages,( and the replies are long and polite, even when a short one would suffice). She’s always present in the moment. Which is another way of looking at how one prioritises and compartmentalises they do things I feel we all need to safe guard in our lives. You’re such an inspiration Rachna❤️ .
