My favorite cleansing ritual must be with copal – resin melted on a piece of charcoal (more extensive than just sage or Palo Santo) but I feel the difference and the smell brings me back to my ceremonies. Even if it’s all just in our minds, the undeniable fact is, is that everything is energy and there is so much around us that we can’t perceive with our limited senses, so I trust my ancestors who have used these methods for 1000s of years while I consciously build a wall of Light around me every day.
