The weight of responsibility with baby David’s footprints was unbelievable.
His parents visited the barn bringing his precious footprints and asking for our help.
Cast in a synthetic, air drying clay and for no obvious reason they were breaking apart.
This precious memento needed to be saved but every unique mark had to be preserved requiring extreme care to be taken.
The synthetic clay was stabilised and the intrusive cracks filled and smoothed.
