Working in collaboration, we are able to show how we achieve the repairs and restorations.
It can be tricky with some techniques having to be captured first time round due to the types of adhesives or retouching materials being used, but everything you see is real!
On today’s program I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jane a wonderfully talented potter.
What a joy to hear her describe her working techniques and I was able to help repair one of the first pieces that she made at the start of her career.
A beautiful incised, porcelain fish bowl and Jane, an absolute inspiration.
