Easy weeknight dinner! InstantPot roast chicken… clean him out and pat him dry. add seasoning on top and inside with some lemons and garlic! sauté on high (all sides) til golden brown, add some chicken stock and set for 28 ish minutes depending on his size.. serve with salad and rice… CHEERS!
