Megha Gupta Instagram – Dayummmm it’s been a ride with you Neha. This is a complete girl crush / appreciation post / full elder sister vibin’ vibin ’ post ! 

It makes it harder that my real elder sisters’ name is Neha too and you both are really have some strong girl thanggg gojng on ! 

The last few mornings have been unreal at @purplevalleyyoga . The energy exchange was something else. I’m totally driven by people of strength and Neha bended us broke us and re shaped our mind body soul and my personal favourite – heart. A girl of strength, grit and silent love. You could literally feel the energy in that Shala as a physical entity. 

This handstand workshop in the end was the perfect wrap to the last few days. 

I write this to tell you, if you encounter someone who makes you better, physically and all other ways, learn from them. Be open to change. Stop being a prisoner of your own image. 

Life is short. Show up for yourself ‘coz I promise you no one else will.

Sleep is the strong wall on which you paint everything. If sleep isn’t good, no amount of good nutrition, movement etc. will do what it ideally should. 

You may not be sleeping well, or sleeping enough. When I do a Q & A, majority of questions are based on people going through poor sleep. 

Let’s hack this.
