I’ve talked to him multiple times today but just realized my dear ol’ dad’s birthday is nearly over & I almost forgot to post. Just wanna wish the best dad around a very happy birthday. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore, y’all: intelligent, dutiful, doting, dependable, and funny to boot! Dude’s got JOKES. I’m one lucky kid to have a dad who has spent so many years taking such good care of all his Sircar ladies (we’re up to 4 now 👵🏽👩🏽👩🏽👧🏽). No small feat, believe you me! And he does it with a smile on his face…most of the time. 😂 Happy birthday, Daddy! Here’s to many more! 🥳💖

Up at 3:30 am to hike Indian Nose Peak (also known as El Rostro Maya) to catch the sunrise over beautiful Lake Atitlan. The lake is surrounded by two dormant volcanoes (Acatenango & Agua) and one active (Fuego) which graciously spit up a little smoke & ash on our way back down the mountain. Our guides served us hot chocolate & sweet baked buns at dawn & I made a pup friend so all in all, ‘twas a success! 🌋 #IndianNose #ElRostroMaya #LakeAtitlan #SataClaraLaLaguna #Guatemala
