With the money raised, me and my children, Jackson and Chloe, went grocery shopping. Not for us! L O L. It was for food for a man who is barely hanging on. Comedians do not have pensions, a union or organization that supports these independent artists. It seems insane to me that the people who bring Laughter to the world, are generally cast aside and not acknowledged. people are quicker to cancel a comedian for a joke they don’t get, than they are to give a glowing review or pass the word around about a comedian they enjoy. Stanley Ullman performed standup for over three decades, supplying countless laughs, but now, due to poor health, he cannot get up on another stage.
